LG has just released sequel to the original Optimus Vu smart phone that went on sale last year. The new Optimus Vu 2 sports a 5 inch display with 4:3 aspect ratio. VoLTE (voice over LTE) is also present in this handset – something that was missing in Vu 1.
LG Optimus Vu 2 specs include 2GB RAM, 8 MP rear, 1.3 MP front facing camera, 1.5GHz qualcomm snapdragon MSM8960 processor and Android ICS 4.0 operating system. It is sad that LG is not releasing Optimus Vu 2 with Android 4.1 jelly bean on board which would have brought some extra silkiness to the entire user experience. The Vu 2 will cost you 864 dollars.
