The leaked specifications of AMD Radeon R9 Fury include 56 compute units meaning it will have 3,584 Stream Processors, leaving the number of TMUs in 224 and the number of ROPs to 64. The memory configuration of this graphics card has not undergone any change and will come with four gigabytes of HBM graphics memory.
