Samsung Officially Launches Galaxy Grand 2 LTE

Samsung launched the Galaxy Grand 2 in November 2013 and today the smartphone company has released its LTE version. Currently available only in South Korea, it is exactly the same device but adds an LTE radio making the device capable of reaching download speeds of up to 150 Mbps.

The Galaxy Grand 2 LTE is available on all three carriers (KT, SK Telecom, LG U+) and retails for 517,000 Korean Won that rounds to USD 484. Here are its technical specifications.

Despite packing a midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, the Samsung device operates smoothly. This is chiefly due to its 1.5 gigabytes of onboard memory. In terms of performance the phone performs at par with the Motorola’s Moto G.
