If you have a HTC One and are not a fan of custom firmwares but want a ODEX and DEODEX ROM, XDA has got you covered. The firmware is rooted and has root related stuff like busybox, init.d support and Super SU pre installed. No stock apps have been added or removed.
Keep in mind that these are ATT stock ROMs. You must flash boot.img in fastboot, which is present in the ODEX and DEODEXED ROMs. Download the files from here.
Pre rooted means, you will have to follow the root procedures for rooting your HTC One as mentioned here. You also immediately start messing around with the system files after installing this firmware.
