Last month, Nokia started offering its yester year’s flagship on EMI (easy monthly installments) and today, Nokia India has announced that it will be offering an EMI scheme for its latest smartphone, Lumia 925. Interested people will be able to pay its price, which is INR 33,499 ($530), in 6 equal monthly installments at 0 percent interest.
The company has tied up with Citibank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Standard Chartered, HSBC, ICICI Bank and State Bank of India for the EMI scheme and the offer is available to Indian customers with credit cards from any of the aforementioned banks.
The Nokia Lumia 925 is thinner and lighter than the Lumia 920. It will lure those who prefer metal design over 920’s plastic casing. [Related Nokia 925 webpage]
