Gateway has launched LT41P, a 10 inch mini laptop that features a touchscreen display, and an Intel Celeron N2805 Bay Trail processor. The CPU is dual core and runs at 1.46 GHz clock speed. Other specs include 1366×768 pixel resolution, 2 gigabytes of RAM, and 320GB of hard disk drive.
Since the architecture of CPU is dual core, the Gateway LT41P runs with Windows 8.1 32 bit operating system. To make overall package a slightly more lucrative to the customer, a copy of Microsoft Office 2013 Home & Student is included as well. The Gateway LT41P measures 10.1″ x 7.2″ x 1.3″ and has a weight of 2.4 pounds.
Battery life is rated to be around 5 hours on a single charge, which is pretty good for a 28 Whr battery. You can get 10 hours runtime if you opt in for the larger 56 Whr battery. This will, of course increase the weight too – to 2.7 pounds.
The price of Gateway LT41P is 350 dollars and we have a feeling Gateway is going to sell quite a lot of these at this price.
