Since the stock build of Android 4.2.2 for Samsung Galaxy Grand has been released, a ROM has been made available that is pre Rooted, Deodexed, Zipaligned as well. No application has been added or removed from the stock ROM.

To install the ROM, follow these steps.
Download the ROM from the link given at the bottom of this post.
Transfer it to your SD Card.
Enter CWM Recovery (volume up+ menu + power ).
Install Zip from SD Card.
Wipe data/factory reset.
Wipe Cache partition.
Wipe dalvik cache.
Reboot the device.
Download the ROM from here.
Keep in mind Samsung might not provide you warranty after installing this rooted ROM.
