As expected, CWM (clockwork mod) recovery for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been released. Here are the download links for various Note 3 variants. You will need CWM recovery to achieve root and flash custom ROMs.

To flash it, use ODIN.
1. Download the one meant for your Note 3.
2. Put your Note 3 in download mode. To do that, press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons.
3. Download ODIN and click on PDA and browse for the CWM’s zip file and flash it.
