Panasonic FZ-E1 and FZ-X1 are two new tablets for people that make widespread use of pen and paper. The Atex FZ-E1 runs Windows Embedded Handheld 8.1 operating system while FZ-X1 runs Android 4.2.2.
Panasonic FZ-E1 and FZ-X1 specifications include quad core Snapdragon processor backed by 2GB memory and 32GB flash storage. The screen supports multi touch gestures and screen works even in rain.
The Toughpad FZ-E1 ATEX and FZ-X1 ATEX are equipped with voice and 4G data capabilities. Ports selection includes Micro USB port, Wi-Fi 801.11 a / b / g / n / ac, NFC (Near Field Communications), stand-alone GPS and Bluetooth v4.0 (Class 1). The GPS functionality is highly precise and accurate. The devices are equipped with rear 8MP camera with auto-focus and LED flash and 1.3MP front camera for photo and video quality.
Thanks to 6200mAh battery, you will be able to get 14 hours of runtime. Quick charging function is also available and you can charge about 50 percent in about an hour. It provides about 1000 hours of standby and 23 hours of talk time. Both of the tablets are IP54 certified and can operate at temperatures ranging from –20 to +40 centigrade. They are also covered by a 3 year warranty and customer service.
Panasonic Toughpad FZ-X1 ATEX (Android version) and FZ-E1 ATEX (Windows Embedded Handheld 8.1) will be available from the end of September 2015.
