Lenovo’s much awaited tablet, the IdeaTab S6000 is on sale on for just 255 dollars at the best buy website. It is powered by MTK8125 mediatek quad core processor. That is a pretty unreal price tag for a 10.1 inch tablet packing 1280×800 pixel IPS-type display, 16gb flash storage and 1GB RAM.
Other specs include 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and 9 hour battery life. MTK8125 Specs – Cortex A7 (ARMv7), 1.5 GHz quad-core and PowerVR SGX 544 GPU @ 300 MHz. So, while the processor is quad core, you would not get performance numbers close to snapdragon’s 600/800 processor as former is based on ARM cortex A7 architecture.
