Intel has launched a slew of new SKUs that includes the new Atom Z37x5 line up promising better graphics performance by 16 percent and support for 4GB RAM in Z3745, Z3775 and Z3795 SoC. All new chips, Z3735D, Z3735E, Z3745, Z3745D, Z3775, Z3775D and Z3795 are built using 22nm process on silver Mont microarchitecture, and features four CPU cores, 2 megabytes of L2 cache, and Ivy Bridge graphics with four execution units.

Nvidia Tegra K1 64-bit Gets Benchmarked
Nvidia released the new 64 bit mobile processor, the Tegra K1, and now this SoC has made its appearance on AnTuTu benchmark database. The K1 was spotted on benchmark app, and looking at its score, it appears to be a very powerful CPU. There will be two variants of this CPU when it will be made available to the OEMs for use in tablets and smart phones, a dual core 64 bit and a 32 bit quad core variant.
Samsung Exynos 5 OCTA 5422 and Exynos 5 HEXA 5260
Samsung at Mobile World Congress presented an update of its octa-core Exynos 5420, called the Exynos 5422, which can be operated with all eight cores and offers a higher clock rate and a new hexa-core, Exynos 5 Hexa 5260, with two and four core ARM Cortex A15 and A7 respectively.

Intel Atom Z3460 / Z3480 MERRIFIELD and Atom Z3560 / Z3580 MOOREFIELD Review Specs
Intel announced its new Atom processor for smartphones and tablets. The new dual-core CPU Atom Z3460 and Z3480 (Merrifield) and quad-core Atom Z3560 and Z3580 (Moorefield) are all based on 22nm architecture Silvermont and equipped with the new generation GPU PowerVR Series 6 Rogue. The Atom processor so far have not been quite competitive in the consumption / performance ratio compared to ARM-based counterparts. The situation may change because Atom processors will soon arrive in the market with the 22nm Airmont architecture SoC, with the two Atom Z3460 and Z3480 Merrifield and the two Atom Z3560 and Z3580 Moorefield presented for the first time at Mobile World Congress.

At the Mobile World Conference, Intel presented two new models of NUC, one addressed to the user consumer and one to the professional will also be available. The first will be called Rock Canyon and will be equipped with a Core i3 or i5 new generation processor, support for hard drives, 2.5-inch SSD, miniHDMI, USB 3.0 ports, audio jacks for headphones and microphone, modules Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, support for 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) and for configurations up to 3 displays via miniDP.
