Last December Rovio released a teaser trailer which showed a character from Angry Birds dressed as wizard, a knight and archer. Now we have learned that the company is on the verge of releasing a turn-based RPG game called Angry Birds Epic.
While details are still sketchy we do know you will not be using a slingshot to launch the birds to kill pigs and other animals. The game will be released later this week in Australia and Canada for Apple iPhone and iPad.
The game will also be released on Windows Phone and Android devices in later weeks.
