Official TWRP for the HTC One M9 android phone is available for download. This will allow you to install custom ROMs and all sorts of One M9 related hacks and tweaks. TWRP3 is short for team win recovery project and is fully touch driven user interface packing no more volume rocker buttons to mash. Since it has theme support, you can change just about any and every aspect of the look and feel.
If you are upgrading from older version of TWRP, follow these instructions.
1) Download the latest version from our website on your device
2) Reboot to TWRP
3) Hit Install and tap the “Images…” button in the lower right
4) Browse to the location of the TWRP image on your device and select it
5) Select recovery from the partition list and swipe to flash
