Cell Drive USB Device Review

The Cell Drive is a USB stick drive that offers up four gig of storage. But not only that–it also charges with that same USB connection to provide a portable power source for a variety of devices. It even includes a whole set of connector prongs allowing you to plug that variety of devices into it. And, just to top it all off, it will even allow you to sync your mobile device with your laptop.

Cell Drive USB Device Review

Admittedly, you’re not going to get a whole lot of power out of the Cell Drive; even Egen is convinced that you’re only going to get about an hour of talk time with this one. Still though, in an emergency situation, even five scant minutes of talk time can be the difference between life and death, and considering that the Cell Drive is sufficiently small as to fit in most any pocket you have handy, this is definitely the kind of thing you could have on hand with you anywhere you happen to go.

Most of you already know that I’m a sucker for multifunctional devices, and this one has a variety of functions.  And if you do a whole lot of work with your mobile phone, or just want a quick and easy shot of power on the go for emergencies, you’ll be able to pick one up for $54.99 out at Amazon. Better yet, you can get one with eight gigs of storage for just ten dollars more. It’s pretty simple, and it’s surprisingly useful. For fast power on the go and easy storage, you likely won’t do too much better than the Cell Drive.
