With Nokia X, the company introduced a radical new UI that was inspired from windows Phone’s metro UI. But not all of us want our Android phone to look like a WP device. For those who prefer stock android look prefer AOSP / vanilla look.
An XDA user has released vanilla Android 4.1.2 for the Nokia X. To flash it you will require CWM or TWRP custom recoveries installed on our phone.
Even though this is the first release, everything is working including Bluetooth, Camera, Camcorder, FM, GPS, dual SIM, Media playback, and MTP. The developer has not enlisted any issues so we feel it is safe to flash.
