HP recently unveiled the new HP Chromebox, a easy to set up mini-PC with an Intel Haswell processor, and Chrome OS with four color options i.e. black, white, marine blue and dark grey. It is a small, compact desktop PC designed for Chrome OS.
The device have a HDMI port, and a Display Port which gives support for two displays at same time. It also have WiFi, Bluetooth and two USB 3.0 ports, plus it can be mounted on the back of a monitor via a standard VESA mount. It might have atmost 16 GB storage. HP will offer its Chromebox in at least two different configurations, one (more affordable) targeting consumers and the other (with an Intel Core chip) – business users. Company haven’t priced it yet.
