First delivery of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has already started and some developers have already received their phones. Somebody has already released a ROM that is Rooted, Deodexed and Zipaligned. The firmware does not increases the binary counter so you will not have to use Triangle Away to reset the custom firmware counter.
Download it from here and extract it. Make sure you have Kies installed (for drivers) and have ODIN on your PC as well. To flash, put Galaxy Note 2 in download mode and start ODIN. Select CODE_N7100XXALI3_ROOT_DEODEX.tar.md5 in PDA slot and flash away.
PS: You can also flash it via Mobile ODIN.
