Sony this week unveiled the new Sony Xperia M2 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 event, which is the successor to the 4-inch Sony Xperia M smartphone. The Sony Xperia M2 smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor supported by 1GB of RAM, includes 8GB of internal storage and supports dual SIMs in the Xperia M2dual version. It runs on Android 4.3 ‘Jelly Bean’ operating system.
Other features of the Sony Xperia M2 smartphone include a 2330mAh battery with STAMINA Mode 3.0 and an 8GB camera fitted with Sony’s Exmor RS sensor, Autoscene Recognition and HDR support. Sony will be launching their new Sony Xperia M2 smartphone in April this year. The Sony Xperia M2 will be available in three colours including black, white and purple. The price for is set as € 220 ($ 300).
