Logitech has churned two mechanical gaming keyboard products – G913 and G813. Both offer same set of specifications with G913 being the wireless model and G813 being the wired model. The keyboard features a thin casing with aviation-grade 5052 aluminum alloy on the top, and the body thickness is limited to 22mm. Equipped with a unique low-profile mechanical switch jointly developed with Kaihua, it has a durability of 50 million key strokes.
Logitech G910 review
Three different switches are available to choose from – tactile with a keystroke feel, smooth linear, and click key with click sound. In both cases, the pressing pressure is 50g and the stroke is 2.7mm. Because the actuation point is set as shallow as 1.5mm, it is about 25-percent shorter than a typical normal switch.
This gives you better game play with high speed key input. Every single key has a RGB LED backlight and can be set to any color ot there – yes, it can be configured to any one in 16.7 million color range.
The G913 supports Bluetooth 5.0 and Micro USB (wired) connections, as well as USB receiver wireless connection using LIGHTSPEED, a unique wireless technology that achieves the same response as wired connection. Since it is wireless, it works using built in lithium ion battery that offers continuous runtime of about 30 hours on single charge.
