Samsung has announced that it has started mass production of 4 gigabyte DDR3 RAM using most advanced 20 nanometer process. SRAM miniaturization is more difficult than NAND memory as DRAM cells require both capacitor and transistor linked to another capacitor while the NAND require just the transistor.

Asus is said to be working on a new 15 inch ultrabook with 4K resolution which is also called the Ultra HD display. Called the Asus Zenbook NX500, it will reportedly feature a sleek aluminum body and an anti-glare display to let you work in brightly lit environments.
The Asus Zenbook will also feature Bang & Olufsen audio.

Nokia Lumia 2520, a Windows RT tablet will be coming to German market on April 10 for EUR 599. The tablet was launched last October at Nokia World event. LG’s two new models of the Tab-Book 2 (Models 11T740 and 11T540) are the second-generation of the company’s hybrid Tab-Book that run Windows 8.1.
