BenQ will release the 48-inch gaming monitor EX480UZ that uses organic EL on January 6, 2023. The price is expected to be around 1732 USD.
BenQ EX480UZ was exhibited at the Tokyo Game Show in September 2022 and its specifications had already been revealed, has now finally got a release date. Featuring a self-luminous organic EL panel without a backlight, it is said that the reproducibility of black has been improved as much as possible.
BenQ EX480UZ computer monitor also features a high resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixel 4K, a high refresh rate of 120Hz, and a high speed response of 0.1ms intermediate color. Equipped with the FreeSync Premium function that reduces flickering, the Light Tuner function that fine-tunes the intended brightness, the Black eQualizer that enhances visibility in dark scenes, and the Color Vibrance function that adjusts the vividness of colors and projects them three-dimensionally.
In addition to having a USB Type-C that can supply 90W, BenQ EX480UZ computer monitor also has a built-in 5W x 2 + 10W 2.1ch treVolo speaker.
The main BenQ EX480UZ specifications are 4K resolution, approximately 1.07 billion display colors, brightness of 450cd/m2, intermediate color response speed of 0.1ms, contrast ratio of 135,000:1, and viewing angle of 178 degrees both vertically and horizontally. This makes it an amazing gaming monitor.
