ZTE, the Chinese manufacturer has announced the presentation of various devices at Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona. In the list is definitely the Grand ZTE Memo II, a new Android phablet with 6-inch display and 4G/LTE modem built in, and an updated version of its first smartphone with Firefox OS, the ZTE Open C.
ZTE will introduce its new Android phablet called Grand Memo II, featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC quad-core Krait processor 200 1.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM and an 8 GB of storage, expandable via microSD card. A 5 MP front webcam, an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and auto focus, A-GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 modules, a 3200 mAh battery and the Google Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system.
ZTE Open C will be a Firefox 1.3 OS based tablet with a new MiFavor 2.3 user interface. It is expected to be an entry-level, low-cost device just like the ZTE Open, dedicated to emerging countries or the app developers.
