The ASUS Transformer AIO p1802 is composed of two parts, the actual display which also becomes the tablet and the docking station to which you hook when you want to use it as a desktop computer. The display is an IPS screen multitouch to 10 points of contact, with a diagonal of 18.4 inches and full HD resolution and houses inside it a SoC Nvidia Tegra 4, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of NAND flash memory dedicated to storage. It offers three modes of use, as a computer desktop All-in-One, tablet, and remote desktop.
The docking station contains a powerful configuration. It has an Intel Core i7-4770S, a dedicated video card Nvidia GeForce GT 730m with 2 GB of onboard RAM, 16 GB of RAM and a hard disk of 2 TB, an optical drive type DVD Super Multi. For connectivity it has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. The ASUS Transformer AIO p1802 always allows you to switch at any time and in a really instant and fluid, from one operating system to another.
You can also opt for the tablet only version ASUS Transformer AIO p1802-T. So without any docking station it comes with an Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC, coupled with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of disk space. As tablet it works works with Android OS. ASUS has not yet released information about price of these two new models.
