Australian mobile network provider Telstra is now selling the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact, an Android handset in Australia. The phone is offered on a range of contracts with prices starting at A$63 a month. If you fancy, you can also get it off contract for A$552.
The phone is a direct competitor to Apple iPhone 5C as it features a small 4.3 inch display that packs HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Processing power is given by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC that is backed by 2GB of RAM.
Other specifications include 16GB of flash storage expandable via micro SD card slot. While the Z1 Compact is smaller, Sony still managed to equip it with a 20.7 megapixel Sony Exmor RS camera which will lure a lot of photographers.
