Lenovo launched business purpose notebook at Tech 2, Hungary. The notebook has two variants with common specifications like the Intel’s Core i5-4200M processor with 3MB cache and frequency of 2.5-3.1 GHz a silver, polycarbonate cover, large touchpad, comfortable keyboard.
IdeaPad M5400A (dedicated GPU) and M5400G (integrated GPU) have a 15.6 display (1366 x 768 pixels resolution), equipped with fingerprint readers, available in atleast three different configurations. The cheapest of all is M5400G with Intel’s HD 4400 integrated graphics, the Ideapad M5400A has a graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT 740m with 2GB of memory. The equipment is then completed with 4GB or 8GB of RAM and more storage solutions, including hybrid hard drive 1TB or 500GB hard drive with 8GB of flash memory.
Variants have a VGA, a HDMI, a USB 2.0 port and two USB 3.0 ports. For connectivity we have Wi-Fi 802.11n module and Gigabit LAN. The notebooks will be sold with FreeDOS i.e. without any pre-installed OS.
