The Lenovo has expanded its range of smartphones by launching three new S-Series smartphone. Lenovo S860, S850 and S660 will be available in selected markets from June, $ 349, $ 269 and $ 229 dollars respectively.
The top-of-range Lenovo S860 is a 5.3-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) terminal, MediaTek MT6582 quad-core 1.3GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. It equipped with an optional 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 and HSPA +, has an 8 MP rear camera and a 1.5 MP front-facing camera, and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone has a 4000 mAh battery, which provides up to 24 hours of talk time on 3G and 43 hours on 2G, the battery can be shared with internal devices.
Lenovo S850 is the small and cheaper version of the Lenovo S860. It has a screen of 5 inches (720p) CPU MediaTek MT6582 processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. This model has a 2000 mAh battery, capable of delivering up to 13 hours of talk time. The rest of the specification is very similar to its elder brother, Lenovo S850 excels. It has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera.
The Lenovo S660 is the entry-level model of the S-Series, comes with a display of 4.7 inches (960 x 540 pixels), MediaTek MT6582 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage expandable via microSD slot. This model has an 8 MP rear camera, a 0.3 MP front-facing camera and a replaceable 3000 mAh which provides for up to 10 hours of talk time.
