ZTE has presented the new edition of Grand memo at the MWC 2014. The ZTE Memo Grand II LTE offers a completely new design and some useful functions. Initially, the device will appear in China in April, but will be sold in other countries thereafter.
The ZTE Memo Grand II LTE now has a 6-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The display takes on 80% of the front and is protected by the latest Gorilla Glass 3. Inside it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory expandable via microSD card.
Other features include a 13 MP camera on the back, a 5 MP camera on the front and a 3,200 mAh battery. The battery can also be used as a battery for external devices. Furthermore, there is support for LTE, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and IR transmission, which allows you to control other devices like a television etc. The operating system is Android 4.4 KitKat with ZTE’s own MiFavor 2.3 UI and strong adjustments. At first glance, the design is very colorful and slightly resembles iOS 7. The exact price is not yet known, but it could be around € 400 ($ 549).
